* Actix subscriptions tests
* Use LocalBoxFuture instead of async-trait
* expose-test-schema already includes serde_json
* Add anyhow to juniper dev-dependencies
* The HTTP test helpers are not needed for juniper tests
* juniper_actix does not need tokio in dev-dependencies
