- remove old version of Book (#1168)

Additionally:
- disable `bson`, `url`, `uuid` and `schema-language` Cargo features by default in `juniper` crate

juniper_subscriptions crate

Crates.io Documentation CI Rust 1.73+

This repository contains SubscriptionCoordinator and SubscriptionConnection implementations for juniper, a GraphQL library for Rust.

You need both this and juniper crate for usage.
